Computer Operations: Operate computing and communications systems strictly following schedules; standards and procedures ensuring service level objectives of departments are met accurately and timely.
Communication: Prepare proper shift hand/take over for the next shift / from the previous shift and continue from the point where left. In case of any issues which may arise during the day to day operations inform the appropriate support person responsible for the application/system and ensure communication reaches the supervisor. Follow up on the issue and escalate as required.
Monitoring: Monitor all the critical application systems and report any abnormalities noted.
Supplies: Ensure the stationery supplies for the shift are in place.
Data Files Management: Upload / download data files from/to host systems using appropriate mechanisms for all financial transaction and reporting requirements
Network Support: Ensure consistent, satisfactory availability, reliability and performance of all communication networks
Report Generation: Provide periodic computerized reports to all GDUs and ensure production and security of all critical Bank information. Provide copies of microfiche as required.
Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance to all Operational & Risk policies procedures by minimizing error ratios and customer frauds
AML Compliance: Ensure compliance to AML policies & procedures while carrying out job accountabilities
