The main groups of the Bank are Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, International Banking and Treasury.

Job Purpose::

Manage a team of Consumer Credit Risk quality assurance , CRC Credit Administrator responsible of the quality assurance functions, hold and release hold and different reconciliation in addition to the MIS. Establish, monitor internal procedures and deal with escalated complaints level 1

Accountabilities::

Loan and credit card applications

  • Ensure compliance of CBK and Gulf Bank for Loans and Credit Cards.
  • Control the reconciliation between the scanned documents vs. original
  • Maintain detailed follow up
  • Implement the department policies and procedures
  • Analyze and monitor internal processes
  • Monitor the E-loan QA function and ensure a quick TAT
  • Authorize and monitor the hold placing and release for loans and credit cards against collateral
  • Ensure actions are taken to resolve escalated complaints

Credit Bureau

  • Follow up Credit Bureau different queries
  • Highlight the discrepancies
  • Ensure procedures are followed ( Caps update)

MIS

  • Ensure the accurate preparation of different reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Analyses and recommendation

Help Desk

  • Ensure actions are taken to resolve outstanding issues
  • Escalate situations requiring urgent action

Education,Knowledge,Experience and Skills:
  1. Education / Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/ Management/Finance

  2. Knowledge: CBK rules & regulation - Bank’s policies and procedure

  3. Experience: 4 years in a similar role

  4. Accreditation / Licensing: N/A

  5. Generic & Specific Skills:

  • Good Communication

  • Bilingual in Arabic & English

  • Proficient in IT (MS Office & Banking software)
