The main groups of the Bank are Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, International Banking and Treasury.

Job Purpose:

To perform a wide range of standard and specialized clerical duties with efficiency within the CPU for prompt Reconciliation of KNET transactions and handling of customer complaints.



  • Administer daily reconciliation of the KNET transactions based on the download file from KNET and branch reports accessible through system to identify credit/debit items given by KNET and maintain accuracy in balancing

  • Post settlement transactions after duly authorized by the Asst. Manager/Manager and process batches such as Ktel, SMS hunting etc.


  • Attend Customer/ Branches calls regarding KNET issues, note down and follow up with KNET/Local banks to rectify data and ensure timely closure

  • Respond to Branches/CPD enquiries related to ATM/POS transactions and ensure posting of settlement transactions and settlement of  KNET monthly fees


  • Provide daily reports to the CPU Manager

Corporate Governance:

  • Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

  • Conform to risk policies and procedures to minimize the error ratios and customer frauds

Education / Qualifications:

Higher Secondary School Certificate / Diploma in Banking Operations


Good understanding of banking procedures, international guidelines


3 – 6 years of relevant experience with Basic data entry proficiency and BEAM exposure

Generic & Specific Skills:

  • Bilingual in Arabic and English

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • The jobholder handles highly important documents which have legal and financial values and any negligence may result to potential loss for the Bank

  • Monitors customers’ insistence to process the transactions with ambiguous terms / conditions and excessive details which leads to disputes
