Review of POL document submissions and check if in line with CBK guidelines, Bank’s SOPs, and other regulatory requirements to comply with CBK Circular No. (BS/IF/FS/252/2015) and highlight any deviations and non-compliance.
Review of Submissions
Review of POL document submissions and check if in line with CBK guidelines, Bank’s SOPs, and other regulatory requirements to comply with CBK
Ensure compliance of all internal procedures/guidelines
Data & Document Management
Ensure all data has been captured as per the defined database formats and regular MI (Management Information) reports are generated
Monitoring of POL submissions and instructions/reports to branches and operations for pending accounts
Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reviews of outstanding accounts, coordination with Relationship officers for completion of documents required
