a) Implement cards usage strategy in line with overall objective to attain category leadership in desired categories.
b) Build customer loyalty through increased Card Usage in UAE: Increase market share of GULF BANK cards across spends categories
c) Implement experiential marketing initiatives and events designed to reward the most profitable segments and create a ·wow 'factor
d) Monitor redemption and feedback through customer research to improve the rewards proposition among highly profitable customers & top-end products like Premier & Platinum.
e) Design campaigns that promote use of cards for daily needs, reduce ATV on card, increases no. of transactions on the card, and reduces dormancy
f) Develop guidelines to build merchant alliances, usage promotions, offers & experiential marketing initiatives & events for countries to implement.
g) Ensure all communication with cardholder on usage programs & events at various customer touch-points is updated, consistent & compliant.
h) Manage all contracts signed with service providers and ensure third party service providers are fully trained and aware of the features prior to launch.
